Ministry of AYUSH recommendations on Covid-19

Ayurveda, as a way of healthy living, provides elaborate advices on preventive care. These involve both “Dinacharya” (daily regimes) and “Ritucharya” (seasonal regimes).

In this background, Ministry of AYUSH has released recommendations on self-care guidelines and preventive health measures covering immunity aspects. These are based on Ayurvedic literature and scientific publications

AYUSH Calendar 2020

Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has brought out “AYUSH Calendar 2020” with the theme as ‘Medicinal Flowers of AYUSH’.

This calendar introduces 12 different medicinal flowers, from the list of plenty. English and Hindi versions are available for purchase online at Amazon


Certification and accreditation for courses in Ayurveda

In view of the increasing popularity, and consequent demand, for authentic Ayurveda courses across the world, Ministry of AYUSH  has initiated certification and accreditation for various professional courses in Ayurveda through Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV).

RAV will develop standards for certification and accreditation for different categories

Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV) is an autonomous organization, under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.  It was established on 11th February 1988 to promote knowledge and practice of Ayurveda.
